What is pH and Why is it Important?

pH is one of the most important measurements that we can use to gauge our overall health. Yet, when is the last time you went to the doctor and had your pH analyzed?
The pH of cells is measured on a scale of 0 to 14.

* Neutral: Cells with a pH of 7

* Acidic: Cells with a pH of LESS than 7 (these cells have less oxygen)

* Alkaline: Cells with a pH of more than 7 (these cells have more oxygen)

A healthy cell has a pH near 7.4 (7.35 to 7.45) which is slightly alkaline. A pH between 7.1 to 14.0 is alkaline. The higher the number—the more oxygen—the more alkaline. Normal healthy cells are aerobic and therefore love and need oxygen to produce energy. Therefore, they do well in an alkaline body.
Cancer Loves an Acidic Environment
THE ROOT CAUSE Of CANCER
Dr. Otto Warburg PhD, MD was the recipient of the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine in 1931 and was nominated on 51 occasions. He noted when carcinogens (coming from certain foods and toxic elements) attach to the cell membrane that oxygen can no longer enter the cell. Consequently, due to lack of oxygen these cells regress to an anaerobic (without oxygen)—acidic state. And in this acidic state they require sugar to create energy through a process of fermentation.
Since anaerobic metabolism is so inefficient, cancer cells require up to 19 times more glucose (sugar) than normal aerobic cells to sustain their energy. This is why excess consumption of sugars tends to promote cancer growth.
The end-product of the anaerobic breakdown of glucose is lactic acid. This acidosis, in turn, causes the genetic changes that result in the uncontrolled growth of cancer cells. It is this same acid that causes the pain typically associated with cancer.
(Note: Lactic acid has a pH 2.5-3.5 which makes the environment surrounding cancer cells extremely acidic. Remember us talking about how the pH scale is logarithmic? Our example was... if your cell went from a pH of 7.4 to 6.4 your body is now ten (10) times more acidic. And if the pH drops to 5.4 the cell is 100 times more acidic. A drop to 4.4 is 1,000 times more—and a drop to 3.4 is 10,000 times more acidic—and a drop to 2.4 is 100,000 times more acidic. This means that lactic acid (which the cancer cell excretes) is 10,000-100,000 times more acidic than healthy cells which really sets up a perfect low oxygen environment allowing cancer to thrive.
The pH in cancer cells (because of the lactic acid buildup) lowers from about 7.36 to a range between 6.8 - 5.8 which causes the cancer cells to grow out of control, this is what also causes pain, the acid burning.
With this discovery, Dr. Warburg forever changed the way cancer cells would be viewed. I am not kidding. To this very day, there is a course taught in college biology or molecular biology classes appropriately named, “The Warburg Effect.”
This means that ALL oncologists understand that cancer cells generate energy anaerobically (without oxygen). It also means they know that cancer cells cannot live in an alkaline environment and that once flooded with the oxygen they die.
So let me ask… instead of making your body more alkaline and flooding it with oxygen why does orthodox medicine continue to insist on flooding your body with toxic acidic chemicals which lower the pH and suppress the immune system? (Remember, a low pH is a perfect environment for cancer to grow.)
This also means that orthodox medicine understands the importance of a healthy nutritious diet because it is the carcinogens in food that attach to the cell membrane making it impossible for oxygen to continue entering the cell. This means cancer can be prevented because it is brought on primarily by diet.

The Western Diet is Killing Us
The sad news is that many of us in the Western world basically eat an acidic diet consisting of many carcinogenic foods and food additives. Foods such as processed meats, refined sugars (including white rice and flour), grains, french fries, soft drinks, and more are all acidic carcinogenic foods. Even diet colas contain carcinogenic artificial ingredients and chemicals.
Did you know that cola is so acidic (pH 2.5 which is 100,000 times more acidic than a healthy pH) it takes 32 glasses of water to neutralize the acid? Worse yet is the 10 teaspoons of high fructose corn syrup (sugar) in a 12oz can of regular Coca-Cola. (Processed sugar ferments in the body and the fermentation of sugar is what feeds cancer cells.)
Unless you have been eating a healthy diet consisting primarily of fresh fruits and vegetables the odds are your body is acidic. The lack of oxygen in your body is a perfect environment for growing cancer. An acidic pH is an underlying factor in many metabolic diseases including... cancer, diabetes, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more. (If you do not understand what metabolic diseases are and how they occur, you may want to stop and learn about this now.)
Many people don't understand that at some point—all of us have cells that could turn cancerous. However, a healthy immune system—operating in an alkaline body—is capable of detoxing—and destroying these potential cancer cells.
But a body eating the Western acidic diet—loaded with carcinogens—has become acidic—which in turn suppresses the immune system.
In an acidic environment—lacking oxygen—the cells find it difficult to perform normal functions such as detoxing. As soon as a carcinogen attaches itself to the cell—oxygen can no longer enter the cell. And because the body is already acidic it is the perfect environment for these cells to start producing energy from sugar in order to survive. These cells are now cancerous, and the downward spiral begins.
pH is Directly Related to Cell Voltage

Simply put... Our bodies are electrochemical processing centers (this is putting it lightly). Without this voltage or electricity there would be no life.
Voltage is life and all life has voltage.
pH is a measurement for voltage and oxygen saturation. If the body is alkaline (a high pH or high in oxygen) then the cells have high voltage. Conversely, if the body is acidic (a low pH or low in oxygen) then the cells have low voltage.
An acidic body is dangerous because the lower the pH goes, the lower the cell voltage goes, and the lower oxygen levels go until finally the cell is found in an acidic condition—with low voltage—and unable to do its necessary functions—until finally it is found in a diseased state.
When the pH is alkaline—the cells are saturated in oxygen—there is adequate voltage—and the cells are healthy. This means that alkaline tissues have more oxygen in them.
Knowing that cells have voltage brings a new understanding as to why doctors use electrical devices such as EEGs and EKGs, doesn't it? These devices read our electrical activity.
What Can Enter a Cancer Cell
Every cell in the body is like a little battery. To successfully bring nourishment in—and take toxins out—it has to be fully charged—which means living in an oxygenated environment—an alkaline environment—a high pH environment.
In a cancerous cell, the charge (called cell voltage) drops substantially from that of a healthy cell. This is due to the lack of oxygen—an acidic environment—a low pH environment. When the cell voltage gets fairly low, only 5 substances can pass in or out of the cell. They are water, sugar, potassium, cesium and rubidium. (Worth noting: Our B17 Therapy utilizes sugar for entering the cell while our High pH Therapy utilizes cesium, rubidium and potassium.)
Oxygen cannot enter a cancer cell. However, cesium (because of its electrical properties) can still enter the cancerous cell.
The Science Behind High pH Therapy
It is a known fact that cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment—an environment high in oxygen.
As we have discussed, cancer cells are anaerobic (without oxygen). This means they thrive in an environment void of oxygen. Instead of needing oxygen for energy, they need glucose (sugar). Because this method of generating energy is so inefficient and because cancer cells (being mutated) multiply so quickly, they need a lot of sugar. This is why cancer cells consume 19 times more sugar than healthy cells. As a part of these processes, they excrete lactic acid, which keeps the environment acidic and aids in the rapid spread of cancer.
Additionally, because of this acidic environment, we find the cell voltage of the diseased cancer cells extremely low. Once the cell voltage drops to a lower level, oxygen cannot enter the cell, but cesium can.
(Important Note: Cesium is a natural mineral that is extremely alkaline and should NOT be confused with the radioactive isotopes of cesium.)
Because cancer cells have such low voltage, Cesium is one of the only things which can penetrate the cancer cell.
Atlantis also combines rubidium and potassium (in addition to cesium in our High pH Therapy), which are also among the few elements that can enter the cancer cells. Both of these elements are also powerful alkali electron acceptors--meaning they are effective at raising the pH of the cancer cell too!
This is GREAT News...
We now have 3 elements that are able to enter the cancer cell and increase its pH—the higher the pH—the more oxygen. This is great news, because oxygen destroys the acidic environment necessary for cancer cells to obtain their energy.
It's almost as if there was a bomb placed inside the cancer cells, because their environment is totally destroyed by the High pH Therapy.
Normal healthy cells are not permeable for cesium or rubidium and require a transport mechanism for potassium—so normal cells are not affected.
The lower a cells pH the MORE vulnerable they are to alkaline or high pH agents...
This means cancer cells are extremely vulnerable!

Once these 3 basic elements enter the cancer cell, they are able to increase the cancer cell's pH from its low to as high as 8.5. At a pH of 7.6, the mitosis of the cancer cell (dividing and multiplying) stops—at a pH of 8.0 to 8.5 the lifespan of cancer cells is considerably shortened to only a few hours or at the most a few days.

Cesium makes the cancer cells alkaline. It does not affect the pH of the blood.

Because of the high alkalinity (oxygenated) environment created from the Cesium High pH Therapy—the acidic environment necessary for the cancer cell to convert sugar to energy is destroyed. Finding itself unable to produce energy--the cancer cell dies.

Cesium also neutralizes the lactic acid (which has not only helped maintain the cancer cells acidic environment but because of its acidity has aided in the uncontrolled division of cancer cells).

Once the pH is sufficiently raised—cellular voltage is restored—the intercellular pump starts working—nutrients enter cells and wastes leave—the cells’ pH becomes balanced, or the cells choose not to improve and die from lack of fermented sugar. In short, you have optimal cell function (cells return to normal) or apoptosis ( cancer cell death).
Note: it is essential that the minerals displaced by cesium be adjusted (particularly potassium and magnesium). Magnesium is needed in significant amounts due to it being involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body.

World-famous bio and nuclear physicist Dr. Aubrey Keith Brewer was the father of Cesium Chloride Therapy. He was Chief of the Mass Spectrometer and Isotope section of the National Bureau of Standards, and his main interest was the behavior of cell membranes. He also established the Brewer International Science Library.
Through his research he was able to prove that Cesium, Rubidium, and Potassium can penetrate cancer cells when other nutrients cannot. Following his research, many studies on humans have been carried out by Dr. Hans Nieper and by Dr. H.E. Sartori.

And in another research paper submitted to the NIH - Dr. Brewer shows the favorable results of only rubidium being used for abdomen tumors in a controlled test of mice. Dr. Brewer divided the mice with abdomen tumors into two groups—a control group and a test group (those being administered rubidium). At the end of 13 days the tumors in the test group (those receiving rubidium) weighed 91% less than those in the control group. ~NIH.gov
Keep in mind that these research papers were done with dosages being administered orally. When administered intravenously the results are up to 3 times better. Additionally, IV avoids the tummy acid and therefore produces less side effects such as nausea and/or diarrhea.

“A total of 50 patients were treated over 3 years with Cesium Chloride (CsCl). Most patients have been unresponsive to previous maximal modalities of cancer treatment and were considered terminal cases. All patients were terminal subjects with generalized metastatic disease.
“Impressive 50% recovery of various cancers, i.e., cancer of unknown primary, breast, colon, prostate, pancreas, lung, liver, lymphoma, Ewing sarcoma of the pelvis and adeno-cancer of the gallbladder, by the Cs-therapy employed.
“There was a 26% and 24% death within the initial two weeks and 12 months of treatment, respectively. A consistent finding in these patients was the disappearance of pain within the initial 3 days of Cs-treatment. The small number of autopsies made showed the absence of cancer cells in most cases, and the clinical impression indicates a remarkably successful outcome of treatment.”
In a lymphoma case, an enlarged abdomen was shrunk from 250 pounds to 121 lbs in 3 months. 66 lbs were attributed to ascites and 55 lbs to the reduction of the tumor mass. The enlarged spleen and liver were also reduced to normal in 3 months. The patient is living after 3 years.
“The results presented demonstrate the rate of efficacy of Potassium Chloride in cancer therapy. The total of 50 cancer cases shows an impressive 50% survival rate. This confirms the work of Messiha reported elsewhere in these proceedings showing that the higher the dose the more effective it seems.” (This is why Dr. Pablo prefers the IV over the oral therapy.) -

This must be mentioned... virtually 100% of cancer patients that do alternative treatments for cancer have already been treated with orthodox treatments (IE: chemotherapy, radiation or surgery). Also keep in mind that both chemo and radiation destroy normal healthy cells and bone marrow (where new cells are created). And chemo delivers a most acidic toxic blow to the entire metabolism.
