My name is Paul Rana, and I am the Clinical Director at Atlantis, while my wife Karina Rana oversees all the staff and the back-end office. We have been happily married for almost 8  years and I have lived in South America for around 10 years. Our daughter is Mary. However, she is called Malu, who is an 18-year-old student, who often helps me with translation and is also a live blood analyst. I have two grown-up sons in Australia, my birth country, and 6 grandchildren at last count lol.

During your visit to Atlantis, you will see a medical doctor on arrival, and in some cases, if surgery is needed, an oncologist will meet with you. We are completely transparent and forthright in providing information, and we want to ensure that you understand why we have chosen the mix of therapies in our arsenal.

I have for over 20 years been practicing naturopath. That is the treatment of the whole person, not just the symptoms. Nutrition, diet, exercise, emotions and so much more. In the search to find perfect health, I also added many services to enhance wellness, like hyperbaric oxygen, massage and colonic irrigation to name a few.  I am not a medical doctor. This is important.

I have worked beside doctors for almost 20 years and you will also be seen and cared for in our practice by a medical practitioner and myself. I have been referred to as Dr Pablo now for 10 years, as Pablo is Paul in Spanish, and as a researcher and founder, our clients prefer this.
